Myers Power Products Inc., Bethlehem, Pa., has acquired all assets of Ryco Electrical Products, a manufacturer of electrical switching gear with facilities in Pomona, Calif. The transaction was completed on July 7. Ryco provides a range of commercial metering switchboards. Bruce Steigerwald, general manager of Myers Power Products, said, “the Ryco product line will be a welcome addition alongside out existing Myers Power service pedestals and cabinets. This enables us to better esrve a wider range of customer needs and requirements.” Myers Power Products designs and manufactures a product line including lighting inverters, transformers, and UPS systems for traffic, lighting, and computer applications in addition to electrical service pedestals and specialty enclosures.
