Palladium Energy (Naperville, Ill.): This manufacturer of custom lithium–based battery packs has appointed Arthur Salyer as CEO and president. He started working with Palladium as a consultant in 2009 after the company's divestiture from Tyco was complete and during that time was instrumental in developing operations and sales strategies to reposition the firm. He officially joined the company in December 2009 as V.P. of global operations and was promoted to COO in early 2010 and then to president in July 2010. He has more than 30 years of direct operations and management expertise and has worked for Avery Dennison, Carttronics LLC, Frito Lay, Technicolor and Trojan Battery Co.

Salyer received his B.S. in engineering from California State University Long Beach and his MBA from Pepperdine University.
