They are: Electrical Sales Inc., Vista, Calif., a full-line electrical distributor serving contractors, the military, government, industrial customers, educational institutions, and international clients since 1984; Conserve-A-Watt Lighting, Denver, which was established in 1980, a specialized lighting distributor serving the Rocky Mountain region, with a branch location in West Valley City, Utah; Valley Electric Supply, founded in 1976, a distributor serving the commercial, industrial, and large residential markets in Glenwood Springs, Colo.; First Electric Supply, a full-line distributor of electrical and lighting products in Indianapolis, Ind.; Michaels Electrical Supply of Lynbrook, N.Y., a full-service distributor that has served New York City and Long Island for almost 60 years; and Louis-Shiffman Electric, with two locations in Brooklyn, N.Y., which has been serving the New York City area for more than 85 years.
