IMARK Picks Bob Smith To Succeed Cunningham

Robert P. "Bob" Smith will join IMARK as senior vice president. He will succeed IMARK's current president and chief executive officer, Steven Cunningham, at the cooperative's annual meeting in October.

Smith has 30 years of sales and marketing experience, primarily in the electrical industry. Most recently, he was executive vice president, sales for the Legrand brands of Pass & Seymour, OnQ, Wiremold and Cablofil/Legrand.
