Belden, St. Louis, has agreed to buy LTK Wiring Co. Ltd., Hong Kong, for $195 million. LTK Wiring is a subsidiary of LTK Industries Ltd., one of the largest manufacturers of electronic cable for the China market, with 2006 revenues of about $220 million.
Belden also recently agreed to buy Hirschmann Automation and Control GmbH (HAC) for approximately $260 million. HAC is a supplier of industrial ethernet solutions and industrial connectivity.
