CED Donates $10,000 To NEMRA Disaster Recovery Fund

Consolidated Electrical Distributors Inc., Westlake Village, Calif., has contributed $10,000 to the National Electrical Manufacturers Representatives Association’s (NEMRA’s) Disaster Recovery Fund.

Consolidated Electrical Distributors Inc., Westlake Village, Calif., has contributed $10,000 to the National Electrical Manufacturers Representatives Association’s (NEMRA’s) Disaster Recovery Fund.

The fund was set up following Hurricane Katrina to provide interest-free loans to aid independent electrical manufacturers’ representatives during their recovery and rebuilding process in the aftermath of a disaster.

Other contributors to the fund include NSI, Charlotte, N.C., which gave $5,000; Lutron Electronics Inc., Coopersburg, Pa., $2,500; and Brian Chase of Lester Sales Co. Inc., a manufacturers’ rep in Indianapolis, who gave $5,000.
