Western Extralite Co. and Maurice Electrical Supply Co. Inc. contributed $100,000 to the NAED Education & Research Foundation.

With headquarters in Kansas City, Mo., Western Extralite has 13 locations in Missouri and Kansas. The company made its donation in honor of Ernest and Vera Isenberg, “whose vision, values and efforts continue to inspire us to excel,” said Thomas E. Isenberg, president of Western Extralite.

Maurice Electrical Supply has locations in Washington, D.C., and Rockville, Md. “We are proud to carry on the long association with NAED that Bernie Green and Marvin Kogod had by sponsoring and participating in the Foundation,” said Bruce Kogod, CEO/owner of Maurice Electrical Supply.

The donations will become part of an endowment fund for the NAED Education & Research Foundation. The principal amount of the endowments will remain untouched, while the interest will be used to commission future projects and studies. As $100,000 donors, Western Extralite and Maurice Electrical Supply will have permanent positions on the Channel Advantage Partnership Council, which will help select future educational programs and research projects.
