The Genlyte Group Inc. has agreed to purchase the 49.5 percent minority interest owned by Schreder SA in the companies’ Lumec-Schreder joint venture, bringing Genlyte’s ownership to 100 percent.
The purchase price is $1.2 million, according to a news release. The deal is expected to close in January.
