Legrand to Launch IPO On French Exchange
Legrand stock will start trading on the Euronext Paris exchange April 7 at approximately $19.50 to $23.91 per share. The price per share will officially be set on
April 7.
The owners of French industrial conglomerate Legrand, parent of Legrand North America, announced their plans last month for an initial public offering (IPO). (See March 10 issue of Electrical Marketing). They hope to raise about $1.2 billion through the IPO. The company is valued at about $6.7 billion, excluding debt.
