SPX Corp. (Charlotte, N.C.): The board of directors has made changes in its senior management following the resignation of company Chairman, President and CEO John B. Blystone.

SPX Corp. (Charlotte, N.C.): The board of directors has made changes in its senior management following the resignation of company Chairman, President and CEO John B. Blystone. The board has appointed Christopher J. Kearney as president and chief executive officer. Additionally, the board has appointed Jay Caraviello and Thomas J. Riordan as executive vice presidents and co-chief operating officers.

Meyda Tiffany (Yorkville, N.Y.): John Bork has been appointed sales rep in Southern California. Bork has more than 20 years experience in sales and marketing.

Ametek Solidstate Controls (Columbus, Ohio): Eric Muladore has been appointed director of operations-worldwide manufacturing with responsibility for all of Solidstate Controls global manufacturing operations and more than 25 years experience with the company. Daniel Skinner assumes the role of business unit manager-Ametek HDR Power Systems with profit and loss responsibility for the business. Skinner brings more than 11 years of experience with Solidstate Controls to his new position.

Primedia Business Magazines & Media (Overland Park, Kan.): Bob MacArthur has been promoted to vice president, Primedia Business Magazines & Media. In his new role, MacArthur will be responsible for 14 Primedia business publications, including Electrical Wholesaling, Electrical Marketing newsletter and Electrical Construction and Maintenance (EC&M) magazine. David Miller will assume the role of publisher of Electrical Wholesaling, Electrical Marketing, EC&M and Rental Equipment Register. Most recently, Miller was associate publisher of the electrical magazines. He has 20 years experience in sales, marketing and management positions within the electrical industry.

Wago Corp. (Germantown, Wis.): Tom Artmann has been appointed president of Wago’s North American Operations. Artmann has been with Wago Corp. 22 years, most recently as vice president of sales and marketing.

Beckhoff Automation (Minneapolis): Jason Sowder has been appointed Northwest region sales and marketing manager, providing direct sales management for Northern California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. Before joining Beckhoff, Sowder was Western region automation specialist at Wago.

Nova Lighting (Huntington Park, Calif.): Alexandre Silva has been appointed key account sales manager, responsible for the sales management of several major accounts and the complete coordination of the firm’s trade show appearances. Previously, Silva served as sales representative for Eli Lilly Co.

Nexans USA Inc. (New Holland, Pa.): With more than 25 years at the firm, John Murphy has been promoted to senior vice president, USA sales and marketing for its Nexans Energy USA Inc. division. In this role, Murphy is responsible for U.S. sales and marketing activities for the utility and electrical distributor markets for all energy cables.

McGill Electrical Product Group, a member of the EGS Electrical Group (Rosemont, Ill.): Tom Mayer has been appointed national sales manager. Mayer comes to McGill from the Ericson Manufacturing Co. where he held various positions including national sales manager.

NESCO (Canton, Mass.): Dennis A. Todisco Jr., an industry veteran of 18 years, joins the company’s executive team as vice president and director of national account sales. He will oversee the national accounts locations in Canton, Mass.; New York; and San Francisco. NESCO has recently expanded its local coverage of the Boston area to four locations.
