Rockwell Automation Inc. (Milwaukee): Rockwell Automation’s board of directors has elected President and Chief Executive Officer Keith D. Nosbusch as chairman of the board.

Rockwell Automation Inc. (Milwaukee): Rockwell Automation’s board of directors has elected President and Chief Executive Officer Keith D. Nosbusch as chairman of the board. The change will take effect following the company’s annual shareowners meeting on Feb. 2, 2005. Nosbusch succeeds Don H. Davis who will retire after a 42-year career with the company. Nosbusch began his Rockwell career in 1974 when he joined Allen-Bradley (acquired by Rockwell in 1985) as an application engineer. Davis joined Allen-Bradley in 1963 as an engineering sales trainee. Today, Davis sits on numerous educational, civic and corporate boards, and has received dozens of awards of distinction.

The National Association of Electrical Distributors (NAED, St. Louis, Mo.): Sandra Rosecrans, president and chief executive officer of City Electric Co. Inc., Syracuse, N.Y., has been appointed by majority approval as the incoming vice president-elect for NAED’s Eastern Region. Rosecrans will lead the region in 2006-2007. The region is currently led by John Spoor, president of State Electric Supply Co., Huntington, W. Va. In May 2005, Bruce Leff, president and chief executive officer of the H. Leff Electric Co., Cleveland, will become Eastern Region vice president for 2005-2006.

Leviton Manufacturing (Little Neck, N.Y.): Dave Sanders has been appointed national sales director for Leviton’s voice and data division. Sanders most recently served as national accounts director for the division and previously as district sales manager for the division’s West Coast region. He is one of 81 people worldwide to achieve certifications as an RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer), LAN (Local Area Network) specialist and OSP (Outside Plant) specialist.

Electrical Supplies Inc. (ESI, Miami): Jim Segal has been named president of Electrical Supplies Inc., a 28-year-old distributorship with four Florida branches. Robert DeVona and John R. Hinds were named as vice presidents. Fred Segal and Rudy Hinds, founders of the company, remain active in a consultative and advisory capacity as board chairman and vice president/secretary respectively.

Service Wire Co. (Culloden, W. Va.): The Houston sales office has announced the addition of Michael Orpen as an inside sales representative. Jessica Anderson also joins the Houston office as sales assistant.

SDi (Neptune, N.J.): Margie Bogdan has been named western regional accounts manager for North America. Bogdan has relocated from SDi’s corporate headquarters in Neptune, N.J., to Southern California to establish a West Coast base of operations for SDi.

Powers Fasteners Inc. (New Rochelle, N.Y.): Robert Brito has been appointed branch manager of the company’s Atlanta warehouse. Brito will have outside sales responsibility for Georgia and Alabama. He joins the manufacturer of mechanical, adhesive and powder-actuated fastening systems after more than 20 years sales experience at ITW-Ramest Redhead. Scott Glasnap has been appointed branch manager of the Phoenix branch warehouse and will have outside sales responsibility for Arizona. Glasnap joins Powers with more than 14 years experience in construction sales, having most recently been the Phoenix-area representative for Orco Construction Supply. John Partridge has been appointed branch manager of its New York City area branch warehouse and will have outside sales responsibility for the southern portions of New York, including the metropolitan area, as well as all of Connecticut and New Jersey. Partridge returns to the New York area after two years as branch manager for Powers in Phoenix.
