OneSource Distributors (Oceanside, Calif.): Mike Blanchard is now vice president of supplier relations and business development

OneSource Distributors (Oceanside, Calif.): Mike Blanchard is now vice president of supplier relations and business development. He will be responsible for developing and implementing joint growth initiatives and marketing strategies with key suppliers, developing target market and customer strategies and managing key supplier relationships. Blanchard has been in the electrical industry for over 25 years and is rejoining OneSource after working with other electrical distributors in the Southwest region of the U.S. for the past eight years.

Hunt Electric Supply Co. (Burlington, N.C.): Doug Arnette is now branch manager of the company’s Winston-Salem location. The company has eight locations in central North Carolina that focus heavily on the contractor market.

Sol Inc. (Palm City, Fla.): Susan Schierwagen is now vice president of worldwide sales for this manufacturer solar LED outdoor lighting products. She was previously with Lutron Electronics Co. She has a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the Tufts University.

Arrow Fastener Co. (Saddle Brook, N.J.): Gary DuBoff has been named president. He joins the company from MASCO Bath, where he recently served as senior vice president of sales at that company’s Moorestown, N.J., location. Prior to MASCO Bath, DuBoff served as vice president of sales and marketing for American Shower & Bath (a Masco Co.). He has a B.A. degree from Penn State University.

Danaher Corp. (Washington, D.C.): Philip Knisely, executive vice president, will retire from the company at the end of 2009. He had been with the firm, the owner of Fluke Corp., for nine years.

Lighting Science Group (Satellite Beach, Fla.): Khaled Haram has joined the company as president and chief operating officer. He will be responsible for finance and accounting, information technology, and supply chain and manufacturing operations. He will report to Zach Gibler, the company’s CEO. Haram has more than 25 years of experience across several industries, including entertainment supply chain management, consumer goods and management consulting. He joins LSG from Pegasus Capital Advisors LP, a private equity fund. He has a M.B.A. in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business, a B.S. in computer science from New York University, and a B.E.E. in Electrical Engineering from The Cooper Union.

Encorp (Fort Collins, Colo.): Darrell A. Struss is now Southwestern regional sales manager at the firm, which markets software and hardware products that allow companies to monitor, control and manage energy equipment at many locations. He will oversee sales in the southwestern United States, Mexico, Central America and South America. Prior to his appointment at Encorp, Struss was GE’s Mexico manager. He also spent 11 years at Automatic Switch Co. (ASCO), where he helped the company expand into Latin America and the Caribbean. He has a B.A. in industrial technology from Texas A&M.
