Eoff Electric Supply (Salem, Ore.): Mike Lindner has been appointed director of industrial automation and energy management. Linder is a longtime Eoff employee. Additionally, Bob Mumford was appointed director of sales and marketing. Mumford is a 15-year Eoff Electric veteran. Eoff Electric is a Sonepar USA company.

Thomas & Betts Corp. (Memphis, Tenn.): Effective Oct. 11, Jerre L. Stead resigned as a director of Thomas & Betts. Stead has held a number of executive positions with various prominent companies. He was president of Square D Co. from 1987 to 1989.

EMCOR Group Inc. (Norwalk, Conn.): Effective Oct. 25, Anthony J. Guzzi will become the company’s president and chief operating officer. Frank T. MacInnis will remain as chairman of the board and chief executive officer of the company. Guzzi joins EMCOR after seven years with United Technologies Corp. and its subsidiary Carrier Corp. Since 2001, Guzzi served as president of Carrier’s North American Parts, Distribution and Services division.

Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. (Cleveland): John M. Stropki, who was named president and chief executive officer in June, has been elected chairman of the board. Stropki succeeds Anthony A. Massaro, who will be retiring at the end of the month after more than 11 years with the company. Stropki, also a member of the NEMA board of directors, began his Lincoln career 35 years ago.
