Thomas & Betts (Memphis, Tenn.): Neil I. Wolfson retired April 1 as vice president of the retail division. Wolfson was a 37-year electrical-industry veteran. He was president of L.E. Mason/Red Dot until 1999 when Thomas & Betts acquired the company.

Ferraz Shawmut (Newburyport, Mass.): Jim Kosciolek has been promoted to vice president, distributor sales. Kosciolek moves into this position after serving as the company’s southern regional vice president of sales for almost five years. Fred Rampone, a 10-year Ferraz Shawmut veteran, has been promoted to regional vice president, central region. Jim Thompson has been promoted to regional manager, southeast, after serving as senior district manager for the last four years. Steve Reynolds has been promoted to strategic accounts manager after serving as senior district manager, southeast, for nearly three years.
