Cooper Industries Ltd. (Houston): Jeffrey Roberts has been named
president, Cooper Wiring Devices. He replaces Neal Kluger, who stepped
down as division president July 1. Kluger, who had headed Cooper Wiring
Devices since its formation in 2000, will remain with the division as
executive vice president, reporting to Roberts. Cooper Wiring Devices
is in the process of relocating its headquarters operation to Peachtree
City, Ga. The new Cooper Wiring Devices headquarters facility will be
completed in the third quarter 2004. Roberts is relocating to Peachtree
City while Kluger will continue to office in the New York metropolitan
area. Roberts joined Cooper Wiring Devices in June 2003, as executive
vice president. Prior to that time, Roberts was employed at Emerson
Electric Co., St. Louis, where he most recently served as vice
president and general manager of the Emerson Air Moving Motors
division.
Pass & Seymour/Legrand (Syracuse, N.Y.) Scott Bausch has been
named product manager, commercial products. Bausch brings 10 years of
experience in the electrical industry having worked at Panduit Corp. as
a senior sales representative and merchandising coordinator.
Additionally, Terry Lucero has been appointed product manager for all
lighting control products. Lucero also brings 10 years of experience in
the electrical, construction and retail industries.
