Rob Gioia has been appointed vice president, Leslie Osterman Associates Inc., Syracuse, N.Y. With 20 years experience in the electrical industry, Gioia has been with Osterman Associates for more than 10 years. Gioia will continue his account responsibilities in addition to his position as vice president. After 17 years with Electric Sales Unlimited, Santa Fe Springs, Calif., Rick DeFazio joins Brazill Brothers & Associates Inc., Metuchen, N.J., as sales manager. DeFazio begins the position Feb. 1.
