Stuart C. Irby Gets Contract To Supply Utility Products In Arkansas and Mississippi
Stuart C. Irby Co., Jackson, Miss., one of the nation’s
largest electrical distributors, has been awarded a multi-year contract
by Entergy Corp. to provide utility materials and services to the
northern region of the Entergy Network.
The network includes more than 1 million electric power customers in
Arkansas and Mississippi. Stuart C. Irby will provide transmission and
distribution materials, and purchase necessary utility supplies to
serve Entergy’s construction program. Stuart C. Irby has taken on
additional product lines to support the contract, said Eddie Moak, vice
president of Stuart C. Irby Co.’s Utility Division.
