Temple-Inland, Austin, Texas, has named SupplyForce, King of Prussia, Pa., to be its national provider of electrical and lighting supplies for all paper mills, forest product plants, and box plants.
A team comprised of corporate purchasing, mill purchasing, engineering, and maintenance representatives selected SupplyForce because of their dominant electrical distribution position within the pulp and paper industry. This new three-year agreement, valued at $9 million, will provide Temple-Inland with local solutions through a national program designed to reduce the supply chain costs associated with electrical MRO supplies.
Temple-Inland is a manufacturer of corrugated packaging and forest products, with a diversified financial services operation.
