To celebrate its expanded central New York presence, Zeller Corp. invited customers in the region to an open house and “Schneider Electric Express Trade Show” in June. Zeller Corp., Rochester, N.Y., is solidifying its investment in central New York and looking to significantly grow its business in the region. Toward this end, the electrical distributor recently renovated new offices and added a customer training/demo facility in Syracuse, N.Y. Zeller named Dan Shaughnessy branch manager of the Syracuse office. Brian Blaisdell is also joining the Syracuse team. (see People, page 6).The Syracuse office has a staff of five engineers. In another noteworthy happening, Zeller has been named a Premier High Tech authorized Square D distributor for central New York, making Zeller the largest independent Square D distributor in upstate New York. With 2002 sales of more than $24 million and four New York branches, Zeller was No. 195 on Electrical Wholesaling’s Top 200.
