Guarantee Electrical Acquires Denver-Based Kimsey Electrical Contracting
Guarantee Electrical Co., St. Louis, has acquired Kimsey Electrical
Contracting, a division of Fischbach & Moore Electric Inc., forming
Kimsey-Guarantee Electrical Contracting, headquartered in Denver. Terms
of the sale were not disclosed.
Kimsey Electrical Contracting has 150 employees and annual revenues
of approximately $30 million. In 2002, Kimsey was ranked sixth in the
survey of Top Specialty Contractors of Colorado, published by Colorado
Contractor Magazine.
