Hellman, Krishnan Resign From Fiberstars Board
Wayne R. Hellman and Sabu Krishnan have resigned from the board of
directors of Fiberstars Inc., Fremont, Calif. Hellman is chief
executive officer of Advanced Lighting Technologies Inc. (ADLT), and
Krishnan is chief operating officer of ADLT.
Their service on the Fiberstars board filled the two seats
contractually associated with a substantial position in Fiberstars
stock once held by ADLT. Because ADLT no longer owns a substantial
position in Fiberstars shares, the contractual agreement for the two
board seats is void.
