KNIPEX Tools LP (Arlington Heights, Ill.): Mike Wilbur has joined the company as sales manager for the Western United States and Canada, bringing more than six years of sales experience to the sales team from working for both a manufacturer and distributor of consumer goods. He previously worked as an account executive at Quality Park Products, where his responsibilities included key national accounts such as Amazon and Costco, as well as managing manufacturers’ representative group agencies.
Border States Electric (Fargo, N.D.): Brad Kvalheim has been named BSE’s Northwest region manager Kvalheim joined BSE in 1989 as an electronic service technician. In 1992, he became utility customer service representative and in 1995, Kvalheim became an account manager. In this role he was integral in coordinating five utility alliance agreements with multi-year commitments. He also served as the branch manager in Sioux Falls, and most recently was the Northwest region utility sales manager for BSE. In his new position Kvalheim will be located in the company’s Bismarck, N.D., location and oversee BSE branches in Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.
Faith Technologies (Menasha, Wis.): Rollie Stephenson will transition out of his role as CEO after more than 40 years of service. He will now be the company’s chairman of the board, effective Oct. 1, 2013. Rick Schinke, who currently serves as president of Faith Technologies, has announced his retirement. Schinke will stay on as a director on the company’s board.
Mike Jansen will become CEO and Dick Merbach will become president. Jansen and Merbach both have been with the firm more than 30 years. Stephenson and Schinke launched what is now known as Faith Technologies in 1972. The company has grown to become one of the top 20 largest electrical and technology systems contractors, with more than 1,800 employees operating in 15 locations across the United States.
Stahlin Non-Metallic Enclosures (Belding, Mich.): Brian Knoerl has been hired as an industrial engineer. Knoerl had interned at Stahlin for two summers and recently graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. degree in industrial operations and engineering.
