Hammond Power Solutions Inc. appointed Bill Casey Electric Sales Inc. Bensonville, Ill., as its manufacturer’s representative for the complete line of HPS dry type transformers and custom magnetics in the northern Illinois and Indiana territories. Hammond Power Solutions Inc. has manufacturing locations in Guelph and Walkerton, Ontario, Canada; Compton, Calif; and Monterrey, Mexico. Bill Casey Electric Sales, Inc. has 45 employees and has been doing business for more than 35 years in the electrical industry.

Juno Lighting Group, Des Plaines, Ill., will be represented in Oregon, eastern Washington, Idaho and Montana by Cascade Lighting Representatives, Portland, Ore. In addition, three long-standing Juno Lighting Group agencies — Total Lighting in Portland, Ore., Lighting Etc. in Nine Mile Falls, Wash., and High Country Lighting in Billings, Mont. — will merge with Cascade Lighting Representatives. Cascade Lighting Representatives was founded in 1992 with a primary focus on industrial lighting. Since then, the agency has expanded to be an over 50-person market leader. Juno Lighting Group will be represented in southern California by California Lighting Sales, Irwindale, Calif. California Lighting Sales was founded in 1967 representing manufacturers of lighting fixtures and lighting controls. With offices in Irwindale and Mission Hills, Calif., Lighting Sales has 60 agents. Their product offering of lighting and lighting controls products now includes all the Juno Lighting Group brands.
