David Gordon of Channel Marketing Associates has a report on end-users' outlook for the year available now. Based on research he did in conjunction with Electrical Wholesaling and EC&M magazines, the study looks at revenue expectations of contractors, end-users and other buying influences in the electrical industry.
Electrical Wholesaling offered an overview of the results in its January 2013 issue, in "There Will Be Growth." Gordon's analysis goes deeper into the results, breaking them down further and offering advice for ways the industry, distributors in particular, can use this information to develop better relationships with their customers.

About the Author
Doug Chandler, Senior Staff Writer
Executive Editor
Doug Chandler began writing about the electrical industry in 1992, and still finds there's never a shortage of stories to be told. So he spends his days finding them and telling them. Educationally, he's a Jayhawk with an English degree. Outside of work, he can often be found banging drums or harvesting tomatoes.
