Casey Electric Sales announce the acquisition of Bixler Marketing Group on LinkedIn. According to the post, Bixler is a manufacturers’ representative headquartered in Council Bluffs, IA, servicing the territories of Iowa and Nebraska. “Casey Sales has serviced the Iowa and Nebraska markets for 50 continuous years, and the addition of Bixler Marketing Group is a strategic move to bolster Casey’s product offering and personnel,” said the post.
“In addition to acquiring the expertise of Jim, Jeff, and Joe Bixler, principals at Bixler Marketing Group, Casey will also gain quality lines like Bridgeport Fittings, Prime Conduit and Midwest. The merger and representation of all applicable manufacturers is effective as of Jan. 1.”
MaxLite and Lester Sales Co. formed a new strategic partnership beginning Jan. 1, where Lester Sales will exclusively represent MaxLite’s C&I business across all the eight states they operate in: western Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, southern Illinois and eastern Missouri.

NICOR Lighting, Albuquerque, NM, announced a new partnership with John Leonard and Associates and Glenn Associates. John Leonard has represented NICOR in Alabama, Mississippi and the Florida panhandle for more than 25 years.

United Electrical Sales now represents Sparkstone Electrical Group in all of their markets effective Jan. 1. Sparkstone is a providers of electrical distribution equipment and services and specializes in manufacturing switchboards, switchgear and panelboards. In addition, they offer a wide range of electrical services, including commissioning, testing and maintenance. UES will provide coverage for Sparkstone in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina and South Carolina.
