Private Equity Firms Buy Cape Electrical Supply

Svoboda, Collins LLC said it partnered with executive management and PNC Mezzanine Capital to buy a stake in Cape Electrical Supply.

Girardeau, Mo.-based Cape Electrical has 18 locations in Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee.
