The Cooper Connection is introducing a loyalty program, which rewards contractors for choosing Cooper’s electrical products through their distributors. When contractors purchase Cooper products, they will find “Cooper First” peel-off labels marked with point values on select Cooper electrical products, which they can redeem for Cooper-branded merchandise, suitable for both work and play.
Cooper First” labels will be affixed to select Cooper product boxes, beginning in January 2006. Contractors can collect the labels from the boxes of Cooper products they purchase. Once they have collected the number of points for the merchandise they prefer, they redeem the order form on the back of the label and mail it to the Cooper Connection fulfillment center. Products included in the Cooper First program will represent all of Cooper’s electrical products divisions, including Cooper B-Line, Cooper Bussmann, Cooper Crouse-Hinds, Cooper Lighting and Cooper Wiring Devices.
Our distributor customers recognize the inherent value in doing business with a single company, and end users recognize the strength and quality of our brands,” said Randy Ribbing, vice president, sales and marketing, Cooper Connection. “Our new Cooper First program benefits distributors by helping them grow their sales, and contractors by providing them with labor-saving products and rewarding them with quality merchandise for their loyal, repeat business.
Examples of Cooper-branded merchandise available through the program include items suitable for both the job site and entertainment, such as hats, leather gloves, tool belts and camping tents . Brochures with the full line of Cooper-branded merchandise are available through distributors and online at www.thecooperconnection.com.
