DISC Corp., Orange, Conn., has developed two new online databases to help industry executives forecast sales of their products by local trading areas. MetroPro offers forecasts for the size and growth of specific product sales through the electrical distribution channel. The MetroPro database currently consists of approximately a dozen major product categories for 150 metropolitan areas, provides two years of history and a five-year outlook.
County Lines is an online, county-based database showing 35 separate products for every county with a distributor location. County Lines uses the DISC county database in combination with the Electrical Wholesaling’s data on electrical distributors’ sales by product category. For more information on MetroPro or CountyLines, contact Herm Isentein, DISC’s president, at [email protected] or (203) 799-3673.
