Grainger expands inventory management services

Grainger, Lincolnshire, Ill., announced enhancements to its KeepStock suite of inventory management solutions. The updated and expanded portfolio builds on the company’s experience assisting customers with inventory management to improve usage and control of products ranging from saw blades to safety glasses to power tools to cleaning supplies as well as electrical maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) products. The company introduced packaged inventory management solutions to the U.S. in 2006. The updated KeepStock portfolio includes scanner and labeling enhancements, a mobile solution and secure tool-vending machines, as well as customer managed inventory (CMI) and vendor managed inventory (VMI) options.
