Friedman Electric, Exeter, Pa., will open a new branch in Bethlehem, Pa., on Aug. 18. In business for over 60 years old, the independent, family-owned company has locations throughout the Northeast and central Pennsylvania including Scranton, Wilkes Barre, Exeter, (its headquarters) Stroudsburg, Hazelton, State College, Bloomsburg, Selingsgrove, Brodheadsville, and Athens.
The Bethlehem location at 403 W. Union Blvd. will have the company’s largest lighting showroom for consumers, designers, architects and contractors, 11,000 square feet of warehouse and a large counter area for electrical parts and products serving electrical contractors.
The Bethlehem branch manager is Jim Vulcano. His team has designed a multi-faceted lighting showroom, utilizing the best practices of the industry to offer the consumer a hands-on lighting experience, as well as an extensive inventory of decorative light fixtures. Mike Weber will manage the electrical parts department.
