Cooper Industries Appoints Andersson President, Cooper Crouse-Hinds

Curt Andersson has been appointed president of Cooper Industries’ Cooper Crouse-Hinds division, headquartered in Syracuse, N.Y.

Cooper Industries Ltd. (Houston): Curt Andersson has been appointed president of Cooper Industries’ Cooper Crouse-Hinds division, headquartered in Syracuse, N.Y. Andersson succeeds Steven Sisney who recently was appointed group president of Cooper’s $700 million global tools and hardware business segment. Andersson joins Cooper Crouse-Hinds from The Timken Co., Canton, Ohio, where he was senior vice president, industrial integration. In another Cooper personnel change, Dan Tamblyn has been appointed director, supply chain, at Cooper Wiring Devices (CWD), headquartered in Long Island City, N.Y. Formerly material manager at Cooper Industries, Bussmann Division, Juarez, Mexico, Tamblyn joined Cooper in 1987.
