Leviton Technologies and Berk-Tek Now Use Same Rep Sales Network to Cover U.S.

According to a joint press release, the Berk-Tek Leviton Technologies alliance extends beyond marketing to include product development and manufacturing as well as joint sales and support. Both companies manufacture copper and fiber networks for data centers, healthcare, financial, government and enterprise applications.
Leviton Technologies, Bothell, Wash., and Berk-Tek, New Holland, Pa., have completed  a long-term strategic agreement creating the Berk-Tek Leviton Technologies alliance. In the unique arrangement  the two companies have aligned their sales agencies 100%. The companies say this alignment provides customers and distributors with a unified service across all projects, simplifying ordering, specifications and project coordination.

CoreTek Reps Inc. will cover Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington; West Cal Technologies is responsible for California, Hawaii, and Nevada; Southwest Electrical Group will rep the lines in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Utah and Wyoming; Apex Technology Sales will cover Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota; WG Technologies  will cover Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri and Nebraska and Wisconsin; Datacom Sales will rep Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas; PC Telecom  is responsible for Kentucky and Ohio; Morgan Hill has upstate New York, western Pennsylvania and West Virginia;  Superior Associates will rep Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Tennessee; The Tronex Group will cover Florida; Capital Network Solutions is repping Virginia and Maryland; JPI Associates has the Carolinas; Intra Tech Solutions is responsible for eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey and Delaware; Triad Information Systems has northern New Jersey, New York City and Long Island; and Triumph Marketing will cover New England. 
In the release announcing the alliance, Phil Radics, Berk-Tek’s V.P. of sales and marketing, said, “This synergy ensures the service and support required by local, regional, national and multi-national customers is delivered consistently. We are excited to offer customers and partners improved enterprise and data center solutions supported by an aligned sales organization.” 
Owned by Nexans, Berk-Tek manufactures more than 100 different network copper and fiber-optic cable products. Leviton Network Solutions focuses on complete network infrastructure systems for enterprise, data center, government, education, health care and residential markets internationally.
