WSJ report says copper shipping costs from trading firms' warehouses are up 40% in two months

 A Wall Street Journal report says the delivery fees that commodity-trading firms are charging to ship copper out of their warehouses have risen 40% in the last two months. The article cites Platts data that copper customers are now paying these firms $198 per ton of copper for immediate delivery.
