Graybar Extends Customer Service Hours with National Team

Graybar has introduced extended customer service hours nationwide through a centralized National Customer Service Team in St. Louis. The team can help customers place orders, check order status, obtain proof of delivery, pricing and product availability before and after the traditional business hours of Graybar’s more than 260 branches nationwide. Customers can continue to call their local branch for service during regular business hours. Support though the National Customer Service Team is available Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. CST and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

“Graybar’s primary goal is to make it easier for our customers to do business and complete their projects,” said Scott Clifford, Graybar senior V.P., Supply Chain Management. “Extending the breadth and depth of our customer service program nationwide demonstrates our ongoing commitment to working to our customers’ advantage.”
