HD Supply IPO planned to raise $1.33 billion

HD Supply, Atlanta, launched its initial public offering, with hopes of raising as much as $1.33 billion by offering 53.2 million shares at $22 to $25 each. The offering places the company's value at $4.59 billion if it reaches the top end of its intended range.
