WESCO International, Inc., moved to expand significantly in the Southeast construction and industrial MRO markets, buying Atlanta Electrical Distributors (AED), Atlanta. The deal is expected to close this month.
AED generates approximately $85 million in annual revenues from five locations in Georgia’s construction and MRO markets.
