Tounge Associates, Portland, ME, in affiliation with The Pompeo Group, Carlsbad, CA, advised Optic Arts, Monterey Park, CA, in the sale of the company to Luminii, Niles, IL, which produces customizable, specification-grade commercial LED lighting products.
