EDGE Global Supply Completes Purchase of RK Distribuzione

EDGE Global Supply, owned by a group of North American-based distributor members through its subsidiary Technology BSA, recently completed an acquisition of RK Distribuzione, Verona, Italy, as of Dec. 31, 2019.  

“The RK operation places us among the leading players of the Italian automation market with global sales of around €50 million,” said Fabvio Biamino, BSA’s managing director, in the release. “As BSA, RK is authorized distributor and market maker of the Rockwell Automation brand. This establishes us as the largest distributor of that brand in Italy, covering the north of Italy with offices located in Piedmont, Lombardy, Veneto, Friuli Venezia Giulia and Trentino Alto Adige.”
