Winsupply Buys Morgan Brothers and Opens Waterworks Company

Winsupply Inc., Dayton, Ohio, recently closed on the purchase of Morgan Brothers Supply, Inc., a plumbing distributor founded in 1980 that primarily serves central and northern Florida. Arnold Hardy, previously sales manager at Morgan Brothers, becomes president of the company, which will continue to do business as Morgan Brothers Supply. Details of the asset purchase were not disclosed. 

In other company news, Winsupply also opened Quad Cities Winwater, serving waterworks and utilities contractors in the Quad Cities including eastern Iowa and northwest Illinois. Christopher Burgmeier is its president. Quad Cities Winwater has been operating as part of Lincoln Winwater, whose president is Eric Leatherman, for the past year. The location is now a separate company with Winsupply Inc. as majority owner and Burgmeier as minority owner.
