MaxLite (West Caldwell, N.J.): Heather Vail is the company's new Residential Utility Program coordinator. She worked the past six years at Lockheed Martin managing implementation of utility programs throughout New England and will now be responsible for MaxLite's participation in residential efficient lighting programs across the United States. She will manage participation in both retail efficiency programs as well as, direct purchases from utilities.
