nVent Electric plc (London, England)
Having recently made several key steps in its portfolio transformation, including the sale of its Thermal Management business and latest acquisition of Trachte, and recently announced agreement to acquire the Electrical Products Group business of Avail, nVent is announcing key executive leadership appointments.
Sara Zawoyski is appointed resident of Systems Protection (formerly Enclosures), effective March 31. She recently served as interim president of Systems Protection since June 2024, in addition to her role as executive VP and CFO since 2019.
Gary Corona joins nVent as Executive VP and CFO. He joins nVent from Medtronic, where he serves as senior VP Corporate Finance after serving as interim CFO from Aug. 2024 to March 2025. Prior to Medtronic, Corona had a 25-plus-year career with General Mills.
Robert van der Kolk is named to the newly created role of president of EMEA and APAC, effective March 17. He has been with nVent since its inception, serving as president of Electrical Connections (formerly Electrical and Fastening Solutions).
Brian Coleman joins nVent as president of Electrical Connections, effective March 17. He joins nVent from 3M, where he spent the last 14 years and most recently served as president & general manager Automotive and Aerospace Solutions Division.
Access Electric Supply (Renton, WA): Jacob Farris joined the Access team to focus on project management and sales, according to a Linkedin post.
Rexel USA (Dallas, TX)
Hani Masoudi was promoted to senior vice president & Region president, Midwest president and Parts Super Center (PSC). According to a Linkedin post, he recently transformed the Parts Super Center into a provider of critical spare parts. Masoudi also held executive posts at Gexpro and GE. He has a bachelor’s of science degree in industrial and systems engineer from the University of Florida and a MBA from Marquette University.
Eaton (Beachwood, OH)
Sergio Letelier was named senior VP, corporate development, planning and strategy, effective March 17. In this role, he will manage Eaton’s corporate strategy and global mergers and acquisitions activity, reporting to Olivier Leonetti, executive VP and chief financial officer, and will join the company’s executive leadership team. Letelier joins Eaton from Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he served as senior VP and head of corporate development. Previously, he held several roles of increasing responsibility at Hewlett Packard over more than 20 years.
He holds master’s degrees in finance, tax and strategy from HEC Paris, a master’s in tax and business law from University of Paris I Pantheon Sorbonne, a master’s in French and German business law from the University of Cologne, as well as an executive master’s in business administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
