GO Scale May Have Another Go at Philips

This time GO Scale and its partners are apparently considering a bid for the other part of Philips’ lighting business, on the assumption that the more traditional products of Philips Lighting will be less controversial to U.S. regulators who nixed the company’s bid for Philips’ Lumileds business in January.
