EPI Shows No Change in June

June’s Electrical Price Index (EPI) was flat, with no change from May and a -1.1% drop from June 2016. The only product categories showing a change of more than 1% were Power  Wire & Cable (+3.9%) and Air Conditioners (-1.7%).  There was more movement in the Year-Over-Year (YOY) data.  The wire and cable categories showed the biggest decreases, with Building Wire down -4.3% and Power Wire & Cable down -7.9%.
