March's Electrical Price Index Sees a Mild +0.2% Increase

EM's Electrical Price Index (EPI)had a moderate increase of +0.2% for March, right in line with the EPI's historical monthly increase. March's YOY increase of +0.3% was significantly less than the +2.58% historical average. Ballasts (+2.6%); Pole-Line Hardware (+2.4%): and Motors (+1.7%) bucked the monthly trend. On the down side, Power Wire & Cable (-2.3%) also bucked the trend, but was up +11.4% YOY since March.
