Kichler Lighting (Independence, OH)

Scott Pesta  (photo above) fills the newly created role of Director of Landscape. Pesta, who joined Kichler in 2007, has served as senior product manager – Landscape Lighting since 2017. In his new role, Pesta will oversee Kichler’s landscape product line that’s sold across multiple channels. He will lead product management, channel marketing, advanced product solutions and sales for professional landscape products and will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships with Kichler’s distributors and contractors. Pesta will report to Mark Lape, Kichler’s vice president of sales.

Pesta also worked for the company in sales analysis and product management. He started his focus on landscape lighting in 2009 as a product analyst. Prior to joining Kichler, he held sales and marketing roles at Labelmatch in Hudson, OH, and the University of Toledo Athletic Department. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of Toledo.

Rexel (Dallas)

Brad Paulsen has been appointed as CEO of Rexel USA, effective April 18, succeeding Jeff Baker, who is retiring after 15 years with Rexel USA, while remaining a member of its Board of Directors.

Paulsen joins Rexel from HD Supply, where he was most recently chief operating officer, overseeing the Sales and Supply Chain teams, after holding several other senior positions. Prior to that, he had spent nine years with Home Depot in leadership and merchandising roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in economics from the United States Military Academy – West Point, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Vanderbilt University.

Baker will remain on the board of directors of Rexel USA as non-executive vice-chairman. The company said in a press release that having him continue on the board will ensure a smooth transition allow the organization to continue to benefit from his knowledge of the industry and its players. 

IDEA (Arlington, VA)

Lisa Tolnai has joined IDEA as account executive and will support customers for the IDEA Exchange platform, the EDI Value-Added Network (VAN). Tolnai brings EDI experience with years of managing large EDI users. Starting her EDI career at Liaison Technologies, she expanded her experience with Opentext after its acquisition of Liaison.

WAGO Canada (Germantown, WI)

The company’s Montreal North Territory welcomes its newest regional sales manager, Jeremy Martel. As a graduate of École des métiers du Sud-Ouest de Montréal with a degree in electromechanics, Martel has spent the last 15 years in sales at the distributor level.

Hubbell Inc. (Orange, CT)

Michael Moen was promoted to chief financial officer (CFO) from VP and general manager of the company’s Wiring Systems business unit.
