September's Electrical Price Index Reflects Moderate Price Increases

EM's Electrical Price Index (EPI) continued along its current path of moderate price increases. Although the September month-to-month and year-over-data showed some mild increases over the August data, the Total Index's MTM and YOY data were both lower than its 12-month averages. The pricing trend for switchgear was notable higher than the other product categories with +1.4% MTM and +2.7% YOY increases.
