    Horton Joins IDEA

    Steve Horton, formerly of Integrated Software Systems (ISS), joins the Industry Data Exchange Association (IDEA), Rosslyn, Va., as business development director. IDEA reports that the addition of Horton is a result of IDEA’s acquisition of ISS’ assets and Horton’s strong foundation within the industry.
