    New Horizon Lighting (Jackson, N.J.):Phil Leisure recently joined the company’s sales and marketing efforts, where he will be involved in national business development and the creation and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans. He joins the company after three years as an independent marketing consultant outside of the electrical industry, and from 22 years of marketing and direct sales with Cooper Electric Supply Co. (Sonepar) in New Jersey.
