Danish wind king Vestas unveils 2011 expansion plans for U.S.

This Bloomberg report says Vestas, the largest wind turbine manufacturer in the world, will continue hiring in the United States despite sluggish 2011 forecasts for the wind industry due to uncertainty over Washington's stance on wind after the mid-term elections. Bloomberg says the company has invested more than $1 billion in its U.S. wind turbine and tower factories.
