NAI (Troy, MI): Eric Emley is now VP of sales, marketing and supply management. The transition of this position from Bill Miller, the company’s former VP of sales and marketing, has been planned since Miller expressed his desire to retire early last year. He will remain a strategic advisor to NAI’s CEO. Emley joined NAI in 2017 as VP of Global Supply Management.
He has over 20 years of experience in global manufacturing. At his most recent position before joining NAI, Emley worked with Group Dekko, where he managed the sales and marketing functions, along with engineering, product development, operations and the supply chain.

Bisson has more than 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, spending the past 14 years with General Cable where he was the VP of sales for the company’s electrical distribution and managed the national account team. “Tom is extremely knowledgeable about wire and cable and has very deep relationships with electrical distribution customers across the country and in the Western region where he started his career,” said Greg Lampert, OmniCable president, in the press release. Prior to General Cable, Bison worked for ILSCO as Eastern Regional sales manager and for an independent manufacturers’ rep in Arizona.

Gilman Electric Supply (CED) (Newport, ME): The legendary Goody Gilman, who worked in the electrical wholesaling industry for almost 60 years, retired as CED’s Yankee Division manager on May 1. He will now be taking on a part-time role to help Tom Rothfuss transition to the role of manager of the Yankee Division, which includes 21 branches in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont and upstate New York.
Gilman joined CED in 1985 after selling Gilman Electric Supply and its five locations to the company. He stayed on with CED for 34 years, helping the company grow significantly in New England. He started up Gilman Electric Supply in 1961 in a renovated movie theater in his hometown of Newport, ME.
A CED memo obtained by Electrical Marketing said, “Through both his leadership and enormous reservoir of good will, the division has expanded from those original locations, both through acquisitions and new start-ups, not just in Maine but to neighboring New Hampshire, Vermont and upstate New York.”
IEWC (New Berlin, WI): Tim Teske was appointed CFO by its board of directors. This is the next stage in a multi-year strategic succession plan that will transition the leadership responsibilities of Jeff Siemers, who has served as IEWC’s CFO since August 2011. In his new role, Teske will oversee the financial teams of all IEWC divisions worldwide. This appointment is part of the planned expansion of responsibilities for Teske, who joined IEWC in Aug. 2018 as senior VP of finance.
Prior to coming to IEWC, he spent more than 17 years at Actuant Corp., where he held a variety of roles including corporate controller, finance leader, vice president of finance and vice president of administration and strategic initiatives.
